Monarch Mountain in collaboration with The Salida Council for the Arts are seeking artists to participate in the Monarch Mountain Snowboard Art Show “Still Riding”.
*Monarch Mountain is donating 30+ used snowboards to local artists and offering exhibition space at the ski area base lodge for the 2023-24 ski season for those artists to display and sell their snowboard creations.
Venue: Monarch Mountain Base Lodge
• 23715 West US Hwy 50, Salida CO
• Open to the public, winter season seven days a week
• Over 200,000 visitor impressions
Project Description: Snowboard as Art Substrate
• Use Paint, collage, or assemblage
• Completed snowboard art piece not to exceed 66”X12”X3”
Entries are due October 27th, 2023 and can be dropped off
Monday – Friday, 11:00AM – 4:00PM at the following locations:
